If you would like to move your domain to another registering agent you will have to perform a registrar transfer
Move your domain name to another company
Domaincheck give advise on how to move your domain name to another company
The transfer process depends on the type of domain name:
Nominet Domains (.uk)
To transfer a .uk domain to another agent we require a require either:
A written request from the current domain owner, on company letterhead paper (if applicable), sent by fax or by post, and including the domain name and the Nominet (IPS) Tag of the receiving registering agent.
We will then unlock the domain name so that it can be transferred. The procedure then depends on the type of domain:
.info .biz & .eu
You will then need to ask your new registering agent to submit a transfer request on your behalf. An email will then be sent to the registrant email address (from the whois contact information), requesting authorisation for the transfer. Once you have responded to this email the transfer will complete.
.com, .net & .org
When you request a transfer we will send you a transfer code (EPP Key). You will need to pass this on to the receiving registering agent so that they can complete the transfer.
